Processing purposes and legal grounds for processing

The personal data that 2EAST Benelux processes are set out below:

1. 2EAST Benelux collects and processes the personal data of visitors to this website who have filled in the contact form. These data will only be used to send you the information you have requested. These personal data are processed on the basis of article 6.1. a (consent) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
2. 2EAST Benelux collects and processes the personal data of customers and suppliers for customer and order management (e.g. customer administration, ticketing, order/supply tracking, invoicing and solvency tracking). These personal data are processed on the basis of article 6.1. b (necessary for the execution of an agreement) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
3. 2EAST Benelux may collect anonymous or aggregated data of a non-personal nature, such as browser type, IP address, the operating system you use, the duration of your visits and the pattern of your use of our service. If cookies are used for this purpose, you will be asked to give permission for this. These personal data are processed on the basis of article 6.1. a (consent) and f (necessary for the protection of our legitimate interest to undertake) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

2EAST Benelux BV may change its privacy statement. The last modification took place on 08/06/2018. Older versions of our privacy statement will be stored in our archive. Please send us an e-mail if you want to consult them.
